Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-04
These terms are the agreement between you and Ludomint ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who can use the site
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these, you need that age or your parent's or guardian's permission.
- You give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- One person may not run several accounts to get around a suspension or a limit.
What the site is
Ludomint is a place where creators publish games made with the help of AI, and where people play and download them. Games are made by their creators, not by us. We host them, check uploads for malware and for whether they start, and show how each game says it was made.
The site is at an early stage. Features can change, and some may be removed.
Your content
- You keep all rights to what you publish: games, pictures, text and comments.
- You give us permission to store, copy, show and deliver that content on the site and in previews of the site (for example a link preview), for as long as it is on the site. Creators also accept the Creator agreement.
- You must have the right to publish what you upload, and it must follow the Content rules.
- Comments and profile text must be yours and must follow the Content rules too.
What you may not do
- Break the Content rules.
- Upload malware, or try to make a game attack players, other games or the site.
- Try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or test the site's security without our written permission.
- Collect data about other users, send spam, or use automated tools to create accounts, comments, votes, plays or reports.
- Give a false description of how a game was made.
- Misuse reports or copyright notices.
Games made by others
Games run on a separate address from the main site and are checked before they become public, but we cannot promise that every game is safe, lawful, accurate or suitable for you. Downloads are scanned for malware; your computer may still warn about software from creators it does not know. You run games at your own risk. If you see a problem, report it with the Report link on the game's page.
Moderation
We may hide or remove content, warn, limit or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Content rules. We record every decision and tell the person it affects. Most decisions can be appealed within 30 days; a person reviews each appeal. Copyright complaints follow the process on the Copyright page.
Money
Using the site is free. Creators may put a price on their games.
- When you buy, you see the price before you pay. Sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider, which is the seller of record for your purchase and sends your receipt.
- What you buy is a personal licence to play and download the game through your account. It is not a transfer of the creator's rights.
- The Refund policy says when you get your money back.
- Where selling has not opened yet, every game is free.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (rights you gave over content that stays published, limits of liability) continue afterwards.
No warranty, and limits
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be available, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be removed by agreement.
Changes
We may change these terms. When the change matters, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia (the country), without taking away protections that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer. To reach us, use the support form.
