Refund policy

This policy applies to games bought on Ludomint.

Automatic refunds

You get a full refund, without giving a reason, when both of these are true:

  • you ask within 14 days of buying, and
  • you have played the game for less than 2 hours on this site.

Open Your purchases, find the order and choose Ask for a refund. The refund is started at once.

Refunds decided by a person

If more than 14 days have passed, or you have played 2 hours or more, you can still ask for a refund up to 30 days after buying, when the game does not work as described. Tell us what is wrong. A person reviews each of these requests and answers through your notifications and by email.

Someone who refunds many purchases in a short time may have every request reviewed by a person.

What cannot be refunded

  • Tips and money sent to a creator through a Support button. These are gifts and buy nothing.
  • Games received free with a coupon.
  • Purchases older than 30 days.

What happens after a refund

  • The money returns to the payment method you used, including any sales tax or VAT. Depending on your bank this takes a few days.
  • The game leaves your library and can no longer be played or downloaded from your account.
  • Any reward that came with the purchase is no longer yours to use.

If you paid for something you did not get

If you were charged and the game did not appear in your library, write to us through the support form with the date and amount. We will find the payment and either deliver the game or return the money.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, unless you started using it with your agreement; our 14-day rule is meant to be at least as generous as that.

Payments and the seller

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase and issues your receipt. A refund we grant is sent through the same provider.
