Buying games and getting a refund

Buying

Press Buy on a game's page. You see the price before tax; sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment provider, which also emails your receipt. The game is added to your library at once.

Some games let you choose the price, or pay more than the price to support the creator. If the creator offers a reward for paying more, it appears with your purchase.

Your purchases

Settings › Your purchases lists everything you bought, with rewards and the refund link.

Refunds

• Within 14 days, with under 2 hours played on this site, the refund is automatic.
• If you downloaded the game, received a reward, played longer, or more than 14 days have passed, tell us what is wrong. A person decides, for up to 30 days after buying.
• Tips and support payments are gifts and are not refunded.

After a refund the game leaves your library, and a review you wrote for it is removed. The full rules are in the Refund policy.

Wishlist

Add to wishlist on a game you do not own, or on a game that is coming soon. You are told when it is released and when it goes on sale.
